The name Efiden draws from two roots: evidence, the foundation of every credible decision, and the Latin fides, meaning trust — the only currency that compounds without erosion.
We invest in mid-market businesses across Korea and Asia, focusing on sectors where structural tailwinds, defensible competitive position, and capable management create the conditions for durable value creation. We are deliberately concentrated — we would rather own a smaller number of exceptional businesses than spread capital across a longer list.
Our team has deployed capital across multiple market cycles, from global private equity firms to operating leadership inside Asian conglomerates. The best returns are produced not by financial structuring, but by patient, hands-on partnership with founders and management teams who share a vision worth building.
